How to prepare a China medical visit brief

A visit brief helps you explain what you need before you contact YituCare on WhatsApp. Prepare it here, copy it, then paste and send it yourself—the website does not send it automatically.

YituCare editorialCoordination guide2026.10.31

YituCare coordinates medical travel logistics in China. Licensed hospitals and clinicians make medical decisions. A brief is not a booking, diagnosis or payment.

Why a brief helps

Foreign patients and families often arrive with scattered records, an unclear specialty, and open questions about fees. A short written brief lets our team see your goal, preferred city and support needs before any paid coordination starts. Initial information is free; individual research and coordination are paid under a written scope.

What to include (and what to leave out)

  • Main goal — for example: specialist consultation, second opinion, surgery planning support, or hospital-day language help.
  • Specialty or department — if known. Browse specialist profiles and clinical pathways for orientation only; inclusion does not imply partnership or availability.
  • Preferred city — or “to discuss”. Destination should follow the receiving hospital. See destinations.
  • Support interest — visit planning, bilingual hospital support, or a coordinated journey. Compare options on fees & quotes.
  • Travel window — approximate month if you have one; do not promise dates the hospital has not confirmed.
  • Leave out — full diagnosis dumps, passport numbers, and images in the first WhatsApp message. Keep the on-site brief free of names and contact details when using the planner tool.

Coordination boundary

We can help request appointments, arrange airport reception, bilingual hospital-day support and stay logistics once a written scope is agreed. We cannot guarantee a named professor, admission, priority access or surgery date before the provider confirms it. Clinical suitability is decided by the receiving team.

After you send the brief

Expect clarifying questions, then—if you want paid work—an itemized written quote covering deliverables, fees, payment recipient and cancellation terms. Hospital, doctor, transport and accommodation charges are confirmed separately.
