YituCare coordinates appointment requests and travel logistics. Multidisciplinary review, diagnosis and treatment decisions belong to licensed clinicians at the receiving hospital.
Clarify the clinical question first
Before requesting a second opinion or MDT-style review in China, write one sentence: what decision are you trying to inform (for example staging, operability, radiotherapy options, or treatment sequence)? Explore pathway context on cancer care & review and related clinical pathways. Public hospital capability notes are independent summaries—not partnerships.
Records to gather
- Recent imaging — DICOM or original discs when possible; include date and facility name.
- Pathology reports — full text, not only a verbal summary; note specimen ID if available.
- Operative / discharge notes — if you already had surgery or inpatient care.
- Medication & allergy list — current doses; do not stop treatment solely to explore overseas options.
- Prior oncology letters — staging, molecular markers, and prior regimens if relevant.
Ask the receiving team which translations they require. Do not upload records through this website; hospital channels and scope are confirmed separately after a written coordination quote if you use YituCare.
Questions worth writing down
- Which specialists would join a multidisciplinary discussion?
- What alternatives exist, including no additional treatment?
- What records are still missing before a meaningful review?
- How will findings be written for your home clinician?
Specialist orientation only: specialist profiles. Availability of any named clinician is never guaranteed before the provider confirms it.

FAQ
Second-opinion preparation
Is an MDT guaranteed if I send records?+
No. Multidisciplinary review depends on the receiving hospital’s process, complete records and clinical acceptance. We coordinate requests; we do not guarantee a panel or date.
Can I send medical files through this website?+
No. This website does not provide medical-record uploads. After scope is agreed, transfer methods are confirmed with the provider and coordination plan.
Does a public specialist profile mean YituCare partners with that doctor?+
No. Profiles are independently prepared from official public information. Inclusion does not imply partnership or appointment availability.
